Prayer Diary

* Thank God for his continued support, guidance and love.

* Support for Joe in his work of encouraging the spiritual development of our church family.

* Blessings and encouragement for our church Elders in the support they give to our church family.

* For those members of our church family who are experiencing physical or emotional pain.

* For the considerable challenges that the Church of Scotland is facing with funding and budget issues.

* For the large number of youths facing unemployment and an uncertain future.

* For local community groups who are suffering as a result of cut backs in funding from local authorities.

* Support for organisations such as Crossreach, Glasgow City Mission andLodging House Mission who work to alleviate the suffering of the vulnerablein our society.

* Wise direction for education in Scotland.

* For peace and direction for the people across the Middle East.

Make me remember,

O God, that every day is your gift

and ought to be used according to your command,

through Jesus Christ our Lord.
